The Ward 5 Councilmember has decided to place his campaign headquarters at 2111 RIA NE, and has advertised the grand opening for THIS Saturday, February 8th, from 2-4pm.

Rhode Island Avenue NE was recently awarded a Main Street Grant (which the Friends of RIA will administer) to help revitalize the Avenue, which Kenyan worked to help secure after becoming elected. The Insider can only believe that Kenyan’s reason for choosing RIA NE as his HQ is to show his solidarity with the community and his belief in the potential of this important commercial and residential corridor. Whether that is his reason or not, we are more than proud to have him on the Avenue!

Again, Campaign HQ Grand Opening for Kenyan McDuffie will be Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 2111 Rhode Island Ave NE.
