Museums, National Monuments, and the National Zoo closed because of the government shutdown got you wondering how to fill your kids’ (or your own) time this Saturday?

Head over to Rhode Island Ave for the Friends of RIA’s Second Annual Fall Fest this Saturday, Oct 5 from Noon to 4pm!

The event has some pretty impressive sponsors and there will be a large number of local businesses displaying their wares and information, including the Menkiti Group, Zekes Coffee, Rita’s, KAAOS gym, Rhode Island Row, and many more! There will also be face painting for the kids, live music and dance performances, and so much more! Check out the full schedule here!
