It appears that the Rhode Island Ave NE Great Street funding that we talked about in an earlier post is headed for passage and signature just in time for Christmas.

that is wonderful. Now what can we do about the man that is living in a tent behind the Bank of American and near the Home Depot? I saw a man taking a piss today right there! Funding is one thing but either we need to find these guys some jobs or they will keep treating the place like their living room!
