As you would probably remember, the Insider wrote an article back in October 2013 about a new restaurant coming to the avenue called Provost (you can read the article with details here). Well, we hadn’t see any movement or construction happening so we thought it was a dead story. Thanks to reader and neighbor, Michelle, we have the first signs of life for Provost here:

  
And yep, it looks like they are doing rooftop seating (although we’ve heard that they’re having some issues with approvals for the rooftop…more on this later).
