Nido hasn’t opened to the public yet but it is already the most talked about restaurant in this DC quadrant (and beyond). The restaurant set this coming Thursday for its grand opening but today, a few friends (and me) had a chance to sample the dishes and see the restaurant before it becomes too busy after they officially open.
