The DCPS’ annual Beautification Day is coming up on Saturday, August 24 from 9am-1pm. This is a city-wide effort to spruce up the area’s public schools in preparation for the first day of school.  The activities include gardening, landscaping, organizing books and libraries, painting, and more.
